A touch of premium Vietnamese Dragon Ball gives the blend body and bite. This is a full bodied coffee with the acidity and sweetness coming through on the finish.

A blend of the very best, 100% arabica South American coffees from Costa Rica, Colombia and Brazil. The most desirable of these are beans from the volcanic Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, where strict quality control uses only the green and blue tinged beans grown at an altitude of 1,750 metres. This limits their production to 12,000 bags a year. The result is a blend with moderate acidity, excellent body and smooth, rich flavour.

Awassa is the ancient capital of the Great Rift Valley in Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. The Sidamo bean found here is very fine, with a rich, smooth flavour and a hint of acidity. Blended here with Kenyan Gethumbwini, Brazilian and Guatemalan beans for a balanced blend of flavours, fuller body, but retaining the aromatic qualities of the African beans. The best of East meets West.
